Fittnell Farms Catering

We are a local caterer based out of Newfield, NY with a passion for BBQ. We have provided food for a number of events around the area that range from 50 to 800 people. Some of our signature items include smoked pulled pork and chicken tacos, smoked mac and cheese, sweet and savory hand pies, summer salads, quesadillas, nachos, and summer drinks. Below is a sample of a larger menu we have served.

During the peak of the growing season, our own gardens produce the majority of the fresh ingredients we use. As the growing seasons change, we enjoy building our menus to reflect what is currently available around us. Below is a condensed version of our menu.
