For the past seven or so years, I have been helping my brother with his catering business.  We have catered events for anywhere from 100 to 750 people. A couple months ago he proposed the idea of my wife and I taking over the business. Over the course of a week, the longest we have ever taken to make a decision on something, we decided to go for it! We thought it was too good of an opportunity to turn down. The thought of owning and starting my own business has always appealed to me. But being the type of person that I am, I am never satisfied with doing just one thing.  So the idea of starting a business under the Fittnell Farms name and allowing it to grow and expand was right up my ally. Last month we officially started Fittnell Farms Catering as a registered business and had our very first event shortly after!  My goal for this business in the future is  to provide funding for our other ventures, specifically a micro-brewery.
